All of this was done, documented and showcased with open source tools, containers and the expertise

It allowed Cisco to bridge their existing Telco provisioning platform into generic tools, focusing on logic rather than equipment behavior as well as an API friendly extensible model that allows for rapid upgrades, short term testing and a complete stateful embedded engine that exposes internal Cisco tools as web services.
